1. It is important for us to know your check-in time, especially if your flight has been delayed, cancelled or you will arrive after 10:00 pm. 

2. If you arrive to Gardens House after 12:00 am, you can connect to the Gardens Hostel 5G network, the password is PuraVida, and call +50687730620, to report your arrival. 

3. If you arrive to Las Carmelas after 12:00 am, you can connect to the Las Carmelas 5G network, the password is PuraVida, and call +50687730620, to report your arrival. 

4. If you arrive to Alojamiento 33J after 12:00 am, you can connect to the Aloj33j network, the password is PuraVida, and call +50687730620, to report your arrival.

6. ATMs are better than money exchanges. There is an ATM available at the University that is across the street from the neighborhood. There is also ATM's available at the City Mall and Delta gas station close by. 

7. If you must take a red or orange taxi, check the price first. Do not pay more than $15.

8. When booking at the Gardens house hostel you get breakfast included in your stay. However, if you stay at Las Carmelas you can add breakfast to your bill for $6. You may also add dinner service to your stay for $7. 

9. Sim Cards are available through Claro when you arrive at the Airport. However, it might be cheaper to get a sim card at the local City Center Mall at Kolbi.
